At Fowler Kay Group, we pre-screen our candidates to make sure that they meet the qualifications of their desired industry in addition to the thorough and trusted Fowler Kay Group criteria. We have a great understanding of our corporate clients’ expectations and values, and are still there for our candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure they are set up for success. Initially, we hold interviews to screen candidates before making connections to corporations to make sure they are committed and prepared for the opportunity. After candidates are hired and have started a new job, Fowler Kay Group will have constant follow up and dialogue to ensure they are performing well and making a smooth transition. These follow-up sessions occur at 30, 60 and 90 days after starting their new job.
